Chioma was born on the 1st of April, 1995 in Owerri, Imo State, Eastern Nigeria. She has two sisters who go by their respective names, Jennifer and Ifunanya. Her father is a Businessman. For her education, Chioma Attended and Graduated from Babcock University with a degree in Economics. Chioma has lived both in her home state and In Lagos, which Is her current residence at the moment also, with her husband, Davido.

Chef Chi is widely known as a Chef and a Caterer. She usually posts videos of her food recipes and how to make them, mostly on her Instagram handle. He accidentally drowned in the swimming pool at his family's home in Banana Island, Lagos, Nigeria. This brought sadness to the couple, family and fans worldwide.
