Officer Woos was born on December 21, 1996, in Ibadan, Oyo State, in the southwestern part of Nigeria. He started his education at Concord Preparatory School and later attended Maryhill Convent School, both in Ibadan. After completing high school, he went on to study Theatre Arts at the University of Lagos, (UNILAG), where he graduated in 2018, with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Officer Woos started his Career in 2017, while being a student of the University of Lagos. He belonged to an Entertainment Group, which specialised in Comedy, particularly Stage Comedy. The Group's Name was called “Stage Addicts” and was founded by Popular Nigerian Comedian, Broda Shaggi.
Later on, Officer Woos became well known in Nigeria as a comedian after featuring in some Comedy Skits by Broda Shaggi, who's his Boss back at Unilag and now a Colleague in the Comedy Industry. Officer Woos took on the character of an Assistant Nigerian Police Officer, with a condition of Stammering/Stuttering. Sooner he became well known and loved by fans, particularly recognised for his Stammering Act and Foolish way of behaving alongside his senior Police Officer, Broda Shaggi, in their comedy videos.
